Jim, I'm emailing to let you know what a fine job your service department did on my Explorer last Friday. My wife and I were on our way from Wheaton to Springfield to see her dad when we had problems at a Shell station just down the road from you. Our situation was handled by Bruce who came out to try a charge, etc. He then arranged a tow to your shop and did a quick diagnosis. We needed a new fuel pump, which he had to drive to Bloomington to get. To make a long story short, our Explorer was ready by 4:30 that afternoon with as little inconvenience as possible. Your service staff, billing, and sales reps were all extremely friendly, and helpful. They are a credit to your company and really know how to treat people. Good luck in these difficult times.
